St. Patrick’s Racquets Club is situated in Victoria Avenue, Newtownards, opposite the South Eastern Regional College (SERC). Tennis is much more than a summer sport; our facilities are open all year round with members playing matches, meeting socially and taking part in coaching throughout the year.

Members have access to the courts at any time whilst on specific days and times, there are club sessions when members come to the courts and play with any other members; club sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7.00 p.m. and Sundays from 2.00 p.m.

St. Patrick’s members come from a range of ages and abilities. Many members also play in teams throughout the year including the Men’s Singles team, Men’s Evergreens team and various mixed teams.

St. Patrick’s has its own tennis coach, Moore Hutchinson, who coaches club members and non-members of all ages and abilities. Moore provides coaching on an individual or group basis; coaching continues throughout the year.
